The seller larry Fischer announced it in a tweet.

I hadn't intended on visiting this one in a bit.

Looks like they were definitely able to pay the price with as many partners as they have, and the many more they're going to get as they truly understand they bought the best electronic sign they could for their [physical] sign company.

...they need to reissue their SSL certificate for the new name though...
