We haven't done any of these in a while and they were pretty fun to look forwad to.

Congratulations to the December Members of the Month, whom will receive banner space for the month of December on DNForum!

We will choose one person from each level of membership that has been the most valuable/helpful on the forum, and let them advertise their site for the month on DnForum.com

The winners will be determined by:

1. Number of useful posts
2. How helpful they have been by answering questions
3. Professionalism on the forum

I think a most useful post(s) instead of number of posts would be adequate, which could include most useful answer to question or information brought to forum; and/or most interesting question (thread starter).

Rewards could also include DNF$ as well.

I think this would add professionalism, similar to Experts Exchange.

A FAQ, with the best questions would also be helpful.

Well, I think it can be done quite simply. Let the forum members vote on a specific day, and the winner will get a Member of the Month banner below his name. This basic takes about 15 minutes of work per month once the system is set up.

I can think of a few reasons why it should have been scrapped. Personally, from a business standpoint I think it was a good idea.
