My guess: don't worry about the price. It's going to be harder to find a buyer... once you do, take whatever they offer. Try searching on Google for "microsat" and contact businesses w/ the name.
Microsat.com would be very nice since you'd have a list of 2-4 potential "big corporation"-buyers). A .net in such a small niche isn't too great.
