http://www.microsoft.com/surface/

Finally trying to "lead" in something new and not "following" Google or Apple. When MS does not try and be a "follower" they can come up with some pretty interesting ideas...instead of blowing multi millions in a failed search program trying to compete with Google...or the famous zune...trying to compete with the ipod.

Peace,
Dan

That is cool as all hell. Looks like it'll cost a grip though.

Man there are some dim lights out there. How many asses does Microsoft need to kick, before people realize not to even taste their domains? :worried:

Hi,

The "real dim light" out there is MS...not spending 10 bucks to register microsoftsurface .com etc...before they make new things known to the public.

I guess its just way to hard for them to be "proactive"...and might save them way to much time & money in the long run.

Besides... they seem to be really to much in love with sueing people "after the fact"...rather than taking the easy more "proactive", cost effective approch(s) first... instead of all the "reactive" lawsuits and C&D's later. Its not like they do not know whats going to happen after they make a new announcement about a product or service.

Peace

Microsoft hasn't had an original thought in years - copying everyone else or buying what they can't copy - this is iphone technology on a flat touch screen -all wrapped up in a nifty flash package - where's the killer app? Not there - just a repackage of everyone else's ideas. (Disclaimer: Mac OS X user and evangelist here) - a big yawn
