Bold prediction that number 6.

#5 - can't come too soon - just hope they open it up to everyone and not just Americans like Yahoo Publisher. Even if a current adsense publisher doesn't move over - they might still see more revenue as google does what it can to retain publishers... aka... more $$.

Hello,

I wanted to share with you some news from Microsoft.

1. The company is going to become more serious about acquiring domain names. Department called Corporate Domains is going to purchase more name, these will be .com domain names only, and many .net domain names will be sold. At this point MS owns many .net premium names.

What do they need the new names for? Are they after more dictionary words?

yes, more dictionary words. Instead of buying names when they need them they are going to be buying them before that for cheaper. Only .com name though.

Hmmmm. I recently (this year...I think Feb. or March) sold a .net to microsoft of a couple K....I did not realize it was them until the process was over...

I wonder if I am going to see that name back onthe market.

contact them by email if you see the domain name you like, and you will see that they will reply to you, and actually they will ask you for the offer. it is not about money, they willask you also how you are going to use the domain name. With your email the employee will go to the manager and manager will approve it based on the usage info only, not the price
