I am looking to scale down my portfolio, and going to sell some
domain names at some point, and even Mike dot ca won't be spared.


I wanted to ask your opinion about this name. What do you think is
the best way to approach Mikes. Do you know any Canadian Mike
who might be interested in this name?

The "sentimental" value here is more than just regular price, so I'd say see if other Mike domainers want it.

The problem with that is Canadians are a notoriously prudent bunch when it comes to expenditures so ebay might not be the right venue for this type of domain.

Some of the other famous Mikes in Canada already have a domain name - Mike Holmes - Holmesonhomes.com, Mike Weir - mikeweir.com There are also many other Canadian Mikes with domain names - first and last .ca or .com so it could be a while to find someone(average schmo) willing to assume the cost.

Telus seems to be the best bet.
