I'm selling MilitaryHousing.org, logo and developed real estate listing website (all on Wordpress). Everything is original and you get copyright, original source files, etc. The site still has lorem ipsum (brand new) and does not have any revenue.
I am trying to break even on this. Please feel free to make an offer or BIN $2500.
Payments / Transfer:
I can transfer the domain and assets instantly upon payment. I don't mind doing a 50/50 to avoid escrow (i.e. you transfer 1/2- I send the domain, you transfer other half I send the website). Payments can be made via PayPal that way too to make everything faster.
