I know how much you paid for it, I was in the auction. Decent domain but I think you paid end user price.
A nice domain to develop though.

I honestly thought it was going to close for at least double of what I paid for it in auction. I am intending to develop, though for the domain on its own I valued it $x,xxx-$xx,xxx which I guess makes me an end user

Yeah - I was in the auction too, was surprised it didn't sell for more. I certainly think a low-mid $x,xxx price is a reasonable end-user value.
