4 days ago I paid $5 via paypal for $F to make a coloured topic. I have yet to recieve it even after emailing them twice. This is ridiculous. Normally I get the points instantly!:greenupsetw:

Sheesh Settle down a bit. The thread title was way overboard. Stuff happens and nobody is trying to rip off $5. Just contact the management and I'm sure they'll fix it. They have always been there to fix stuff for me all these years. Chill!

Give it a rest. Words like "stolen" are pretty inflammatory. Maybe you paid on Thursday and it was a 3 day weekend in Canada? I don't know but Canada in general seems to be closed on Friday a lot.

i don't think this is rip off, it was just simple mistake...
please, would you contact the staff and you could explain about this case and the staffs will fix this simple mistake.

It's real tough dealing with the public. I also have short tempered idiot clients who occasionally treat my business like we are crap and frauds, with insanely total impatience or lack of understanding, or unfounded or twisted accusations over simply errors, confusion, computer issues, communications, office being closed, off-time phone hrs, odd misunderstandings, etc.

As stocdr said, things happen, mistakes happen, does this guy really think dnf needs money so bad they would steal $5 from him?

Things like this happens, and it is the sellers responsibility to explain the situation to the customer and do a follow-up.
