i noticed that whois.sc now have a resellers page at

http://www.whois.sc/domain-resellers/

these are the requirements that you must have to get your site listed

Requirements to be listed:
1) 100 or more domains under management.
2) Must allow for purchase of domains on their own https enabled website.
3) Must allow clients to perform mainance of whois records on their website.
4) They can not use their own ICANN Registrar creditials to register domains.

hopefully some people will get their site listed
