I spoke this morning to Jaime at Pool about a domain won in auction and having been caught via Dot Alliance, Inc. The domain whois has not been updated to reflect the winning registrant.
Jaime confirmed that correct registrant information has been forwarded from Pool to Dot Alliance, and that it is now up to Dot Alliance to update the whois and send auction winners their log-in information so that they can administrate their domains.
Jaime stated that if winners had not received log-in info from Dot Alliance by Monday 10/23/2006, then he would call Dot Alliance to facilitate the process. All of the names (that I know of) caught by Dot Alliance are still reading "Pool In Trust". Hope this helps if any auction winners are wondering.
I would suggest calling Pool with your questions at: 613-221-1210 as they do not seem to respond to emails sent to: support(@)Pool.com
