.mobi site in local newspaper

Reading my local newspaper yesterday and in the business section is a write up of a new mobile website, KootenayRockies.mobi

I haven't checked it out but they are making it into a huge travel portal for the local area, so people can book things by mobile. Now these are not .mobi investors or domainers, but a real business that decided to go .mobi for a mobile site.

Like the OP said, the owner was not a domainer. They know nothing about the importance of generic or short length. See they just put their own name up. A classic example of typical domain owners.

Funny, the length didn't stick out for me at all. It's memorable. The area around here is called "Kootenay" or "Kootenays", and the mountain range to the east is the "Rockies", so anyone looking into this area and wanting mobile information would easily remember KootenayRockies. People will type in what they have to, in order to get the info they want.
