I only get about a 50% response rate to my support questions, however this latest one is important and they haven't got back to me for a week.

Anyone know what the deal is there over the holidays, or even when they aren't on holidays?

In all other respects they are the number 1 registrar, however I have to say, even as a long time supporter, their customer support is now shit.

They still don't have a ticket system ? That's a sure way to miss issues.

Open a thread in the moniker section ( Domain Registrar section) and use some fowl language, that should do the trick.

I'm on the verge of transferring everything out. Seems like they have more money to make via their auctions and other products.

What I have found is that they respond fast to easy issues and they don't respond at all at difficult issues. You have to email again and again and cc to Monte and then maybe maybe maybe something will be fixed.

I have my account rep Bari on AIM and she is on even during the holidays. Though I've stopped using Moniker mostly because it is giving me authentication errors in Mozilla and their engineers can't understand what the issue is.

A Moniker rep here sent me a PM and said they would sort it out. I also asked for a new account rep, which with their generic and otherwise non-existant email support would seem ideal. Will see how it goes.

Pretty funny getting Moniker support through DNF... that's the power of public forums though ;)

In Moniker's defense we''ve never had a problem. There is always someone in the office for the most part and if our account rep is unavailable someone is always willing to cover for them. Did you guys call them or just send emails?

Toll free in the U.S. and Canada: (800)841-7686
Outside the U.S. and Canada: +1(954)984-0923

You can't beat the value they offer either. Whois privacy is $1 vs $8+ elsewhere

Happy New Year to all!!

I have a similar problem. No response to my problem since 2 weeks now probably. I have a .bz domain unlocked at Enom ready to transfer to Moniker. I have paid for the renewal+transfer at Moniker and started the transfer with the correct EPP key that i got from Enom. The domain is strangely still at Enom and at Moniker it shows pending transfer..
