I just called Moniker and got Glenda. She said they were aware of the problem with their web site not being displayed and "were on top of it". It should be up soon.

It's reassuring to know you can call your Registrar at 3:00pm on a Sunday and get a "real" customer service person... Moniker is tops!

I am a fan, they must have probs though as have been waiting on emails from 2/3 days ago...unlike them.

Yes, it's up now. They work fast everytime I have reported a problem. Giving a phone call (free 800 number) works wonders if an E-mail to support ever gets misplaced/overlooked too! They're not perfect, but sure do try to please (from my experience with them).
