moniker Moniker offering SSL?

Does Moniker offer SSL certificates? It appears they do not, but almost every other registrar does, so I didn't know if Moniker did and/or if I was just missing it.

Do I need hosting through you to purchase an SSL? Can we pay using prepaid funds in our Moniker account? I went to CoolHandle.com and do not see any mention to SSL certs.

I have not even been drinking yet tonight so I know that isn't the reason.
