Since it's a typo, value depends solely on traffic.

$0 - far better names are dropping every week. Check out Sibername.com or MyID.ca to find TBR names. .Ca domains drop every Wednesday.

"Mortgage.ca" is owned by BMO. It does not resolve. Meaning, that the correct spelling of this word is not presently put to its highest and best use; namely, to be a landing page of some sort for a mortgage advertising campaign.

In kind, the traffic this particular misspelling stands to receive is not much as of right now. But I say it's only a matter of time before BMO makes use of the name, and inherently, this one starts getting a bit more traffic.

Remember, people don't know how to spell the word "mortgage". So I'd keep paying the reg fee.

Stay away from cybersquatting, it's unethical.

It's a typo of a generic word, so should be safe. If Mortgage.ca ever gets a website on it and some promotion from BMO, then this typo would start getting traffic.

MORGAGE.ca (or the .com real thing for that matter) would actually be a better typo/misspelling than MORTAGE, non-anglophones would be a lot more likely to misspell it that way (morgage)..... I agree with Maxwell.....and what a waste that such an institution like BMO (Bank of Montreal) does not even have a stationary page, or just a simple redirect for Mortgage.ca.....it's almost a sin for big generic terms like that one (even in ccTLDs) that the owner does not even bother to park the domain, or redirect browsers landing on that page....
