If you did register it I think you're screwed, and I can't really drum up any sympathy for you. You had to know this was someone else's tradeamrk, or else you wouldn't have registered it. If there weren't an MTV this name would be meaningless. You knew of MTV and regged it anyway.

If they want it, give it to them and apologize for your stupidity in getting it.
