I have a domainname.co.za(2 words) and the domainname.com owner has filed a domain dispute claiming abusive registration.
It is a well known brand in the US, Canada and parts of Europe with trademarks in US, Europe and Canada with no Trademark in South Africa
The two words are both generic and the resulting combination also generic.
I registered in 2006 and the company launched in South Africa on a cable network in 2010, facebook and youtube in 2010 using the 2 words + south africa as the title.
Can anyone can help with wipo decisions relating to this type of dispute in other ccTld's or any other cases that may assist me, the co.za domain disputes decision database is very limited?
I have retained an attorney but like to do my homework as well.
Thanks in advance
