Are you willing to sell it for the offered price minus the sedo fees (usually $50)?

Because of Sedo fees I am not going to sell it, I will either decline the offer or push it to auction with taking a risk, kindly advice with appraisal.

another option is to counteroffer. with a domain like this i would advise you are not likely to receive any other bids on it if pushed to auction. i'd say you are lucky to have found one buyer, and they may be willing to pay a bit more (i'm assuming you got a $60 bid?) you could try bumbping it up and reply with a counter somewhere in the low $xxx range, maybe they will accept or counter back with a little better offer. if you send it to auction at $60 its a big risk you will not get another bid and wind up w/ $10 net.

Short registration, no history, no monetized niche and no site developed. Unless someone "really" wants it, you'll be lucky to get enough to pay for a dinner at a nice restaurant. Send a higher counter offer, sometimes you just get lucky.

Is that mean it is not worth more than $20-$40 ???
