I come from a quaint quiet english town called basildon (yeah right... it's a dump people as you will soon see)
some bright spark has set-up a satirical website to make a little fun of the quirks of my hometown. the only problem... he seems to be unwittingly singling out my family for ridicule...

the statue at the top of this page was carved by my grandad a few years ago...

the fire/glass walks actually happened outside a local cinema/bowling alley/entertainment complex thing. and they happened to be organised by my mum who works as co-ordinator for a local charity...
