Name cheap registration and staff!?

I went to register a domain today. I paid then namecheap staff tole me it hadnt been registered and that it would take 5 days to get my money back!

That's just ridiculous asking the customer ID/password - Beware of the fact that the staff was not well trained to handle the customer. I am not saying about the overall support staff of Namecheap but for this particular staff.!!
