closed Name for Media Relations / Publicity Firm

I have been looking around for a decent name for a company involved in media relations and publicity (that is generating publicity for company clients).

I have found that "media" is one of the most heavily registered words in the English language. Just about any combination of words you can stick in front or in back of media has been taken. However, I finally registered one I think will work:

MediaAcclaim.com

Considering how few choices were available in this field I was happy to get this one for a reg. fee. How would you view it?

 

I agree with you on hard to find good "media" names. I think MediaAcclaim has a good sound, but the "acclaim" part may be ambiguous to some. The combo of 'media acclaim' go hand in hand with the like of 'academic acclaim', and such, but I like your find and hope you do good with it. I have MediaConsultation.com and I was very happy when I got that.

I think making some is no better than reg. dropped names.

For example,
If someone raally want to run a website,
I recommend MediaMega.com, since there are others like

mediamegasite.com
mediamegastore.com
mediamega.net

and plus hopefully traffics there.

BTW mediamega.com is nothing but a dust, they'd run the site last year only to fail.

Whoa! As Miles noted, I don't think that one has quite the connotation I am looking for!

 

AirMedia.com is better IMHO.

I mean..you'd rather find a deleting domain than waste bucks reg. making names. It's no small money.
