A name of an obscure African country is used by somebody. Can a citizen of that country claim it? The government? or will it be a waste of time?

Togo?

They always ask me that at the fast-food counter.... "Is that for here or Togo?"

And I think, "Why would I order a milkshake in Philly to take all the way to Africa?"

<Thanks ladies & gents. Howard and I will be playing the Stardust lounge all week and twice on Saturdays.>

I really believe that I should own all country names in all extensions. But since is not very pheasible, I should at least own all .com country names.
This will ensure a fair treatment of the domains, and this way, there will be no disputes.

Barcelona, although not a country was NOT denied.

It was, however, reverse via other means.

To the best of my knowledge...
