Can we register .name domain name without email forwarding package ?

I'm currently try this at enom.
Does enom allow this ?

Any other registrar allow this ?

The domain registration (first.last.name) and the 2nd-level email forwarding ([email protected]) are sold separately at the registry level, but different registrars treat it differently; some bundle the two as a package and others require separate payment.

If I am not wrong you can buy it separately through the enom api but not on their website.
