I read too often in this thread the consistant bagging of registrars, however, the opportunity of giving one some praise has risen.
Recently, I discovered that my Namecheap account had been illegaly accessed and the DNS settings changed and 48 domains removed.
Naturally I was distressed and panicy as anyone would. I immediately shot off an email, Within minutes I had a responce saying they would look into it. Again within minutes a response was received stating that the domains had been locked and the offending account was being investigated.
The whole situation was cleared up and normal within 48 hours.
Namecheaps prompt response and immediate service saved what could have been a very messy and costly situation.
It is this type of response that gives consumers confidence in the domain registration system and is good for the industry.
These comments are without prejudice.

PS I hate keyloggers and Spyware and anybody that promotes them.
