ive had all my support emails answered under 2 hours. never a complaint. and i can actually find where everthing is on their cp, unlike some others where i scratch my head for five minutes in frustration before finding something that should be prominently placed but is in some obscure corner of the page.

everyone has their own experience w/ different registrars. dcg said yesterday that godaddy is a much better company than many give them credit. he may be right, but my personal experience colors the lens a bit differently, as does everyones.
