Namefrog.com problem

I have a domain that is locked at namefrog.com and they have no website, just a landing page with an email address that they don't reply to.

Any idea how to contact them?

Anyone know who uses them for domain drops?

I've been trying to transfer a domain out of there for 5 months before it expires.
