Hi,

On the 20th of August I won a domain name.
Confirmation email I received

Congratulations! You have successfully acquired the domain name ------.com .

We have debited your account $----.00.

The domain is now registered to you. The registrar now managing your registration isNameKing(R).

Your domain name was registered through NameKing.com. To make changes to your account use the following Account ID: "-----------" and this Password: "your existing password for this account" at www.nameking.com. It may take up to 24 hours to reflect account changes or account creations.
Note: Please wait at least ten days before transferring this name to another registrar. Per the ICANN Transfer Advisory, transferring this domain name to another registrar within the first 10 days following the date of this notice will result in losing your new registration term. No refunds or credits will be issued in that event.

Please note that WhoIs information may not reflect this change for up to 24 hours.

Thank you,
SnapNames

But it looks like NameKing wasn't instructed to move a domain into my account.
Four days have passed.

Sent few requests from NameKing control panel to their support.Nothing.
Sent email [email protected]g.
Created a ticket at the snapnames.com support page. Nothing.

Is that ok ?

Has the whois for the domain been updated yet ?
If that is the case, and assuming you have never had a user account at NameKing before you could try resetting your password. Use the E-mail address on file with Snapnames.

No, whois has not been updated.
As for the account at NameKing, there is no problem with it. I have an account and three domains in it. I know my password and username and can access the account any time.
But there is no domain I won in my account at NameKing !

Also I have two different emails with SnapNames and NameKing.
At snapnames it is @gmail.com.
At NameKing it is @yahoo.com.

Yesterday your support closed the ticket without any explanations and marked it as JUNK.
Why ?
Are you ok ?
I bought the domain. You didn't give an access for this domain . And all you can do is close the ticket as junk ? :))

Hi, Viktor

We've received word from nameking that your log-in credentials have been emailed to you . Also the whois has been updated.

Please let me know if you have any more problems with this domain and I will be happy to research the issue.

Also, it appears that there was some confusion about duplicate cases; and one was closed. I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

Best Regards,

Marti

Hi Marti,

I have FOUR issues with domain names.
I bought them about a month ago and they still weren't moved into my control panel.
I sent few emails to NameKing support but nothing happened.
