Hi,
On the 20th of August I won a domain name.
Confirmation email I received
Congratulations! You have successfully acquired the domain name ------.com .
We have debited your account $----.00.
The domain is now registered to you. The registrar now managing your registration isNameKing(R).
Your domain name was registered through NameKing.com. To make changes to your account use the following Account ID: "-----------" and this Password: "your existing password for this account" at www.nameking.com. It may take up to 24 hours to reflect account changes or account creations.
Note: Please wait at least ten days before transferring this name to another registrar. Per the ICANN Transfer Advisory, transferring this domain name to another registrar within the first 10 days following the date of this notice will result in losing your new registration term. No refunds or credits will be issued in that event.
Please note that WhoIs information may not reflect this change for up to 24 hours.
Thank you,
SnapNames
But it looks like NameKing wasn't instructed to move a domain into my account.
Four days have passed.
Sent few requests from NameKing control panel to their support.Nothing.
Sent email [email protected]g.
Created a ticket at the snapnames.com support page. Nothing.
Is that ok ?
