I´m selling very old Domain name ndb.com - first registered in 1994. ndb.com comes with content. I´m owning this 3 letter domain since 1 1/2 Years. I had never legals problems with the domain. I´m selling because i don´t have a idea for a good "broker" project. The Domain has a lot of good backlinks (check it out with yahoo), and real pr6.

The domains has some earning, but not too much. I don´t know it, at the moment. Also at ebay.com at thursday

For most of 2003/2004 (for example) archive.org is showing a pretty much "coming soon" message. Were SEs also seeing that the site was effectively "suspended"?

I notice that you are using a domain proxy shielding. Are you concerned that the new owners of the ndb business will want their domain back and come after you? They do happen to be 180 lb gorillas.

aZooZa, if you're addressing me - it has several things to do with the sale of this domain ... and the value.

Part of the valuation is on the claim that it's not a zombie (drop catch). If Google can algorithimically detect and flag a site for being in suspended animation why do you think it likely they'll treat it as different to a drop catch?

The last para of my post is pretty clear - there is a serious legal risk in owning this domain as it used to belong to a rich NASDAQ company which was taken over by a company with even deeper pockets and nastier lawyers.

I've taken the trouble, now would you pray explain why my comments are not relevant?

Just out of interest, how did the site get from one PR5 page a year ago to several PR6 pages now? Have you bought any links recently?
