Wanted: Service Need a basic RSS based site built. Already have rudimentary sample...

I have the PSD for the layout you can see at that link.

Basically, I need this site to do the following:

- Display RSS content from other sites
- Automatically tweet a portion of the headline & shorten the link
- This link should lead to a page on my site which shows the full title, a portion of the body text, citing the source, and linking to the full story (this is so that Twitter viewers will be directed to my site first, thereby increasing viewership).
- Display a poll
- Display the button for "Follow us on Twitter"
- Be capable of hosting an RSS feed
- Show a Twitter module for what people are saying about "George Bush" (I've already got the code for that, just needs to be implemented)
- Allow people to subscribe via constantcontact (will provide the code)
- There should be a space for inputting Google adsense. Haven't gotten approved just yet, hopefully a fully dev'd site should change that.
- Keywords should be strategically placed for SEO purposes
- And it should display the date and time on top
- I will also need a back-end for me to manage the poll and RSS feed, and being able to see the viewer stats.
