i would put something at the start of the letter that describes axactly what "Casino Refund" is or does (keep it brief and to the point) rather than relying on them to go to your site to see if they are interested. Get them interested straight away.
Otherwise follow doberry's feedback and go for it.

id reccomend paying someone for a better site design or even get a template because casino sites are usually well designed. It doesnt look like a site which will pay - how will you calculate refferals - and i very much doubt members can check stats since all you are doing is accumulating commissions from other casinos if they spend money and give them some back

also, there is no incentive for the visitor - its really just a page of affiliate links for you to make money. Even the email is aol and [email protected]

Sorry to be very negative but this does look like a half assed attempt at making money. You will struggle to get sites linking to you too due the nature of this market.

You mention the $3,000,000,000 casino market but the majority of this will go to the actual casinos and not the sites which just list casino links

Do you realize how much junk mail wesite owners already receive? I hate to play devil's advocate, but you are probably not going to get any response from a letter - especially one sent from an AOL or free email service. More likely they will report you for spamming.

I have some high traffic sites, and I delete all these "offers" to be listed on other sites (i.e. exchange links) with no recognition or traffic. Why should a site owner who has worked hard to get a clientele leak traffic to your site and then to other casinos?

It will never work. You have to do it the other way around. List sites, get input from your visitors, build your base and name - then they will come to you.

My humble opinion...
