Need A Recommendation For A Particular Type Of Template...

Okay, I'm working on a website that involves people being able to come to my website and do 2 things...

1) Register for a Free or Premium account
2) Anyone will have the ability to search for businesses around their area using a zip code radius search

The people who have a Free or Premium Membership should be able to login to their account and do whatever there account is capable of doing (obviously, the Free accounts will have BASIC things they can do, while the Premium account will allow them to post their businesses location, information about their business, phone number, facebook handle, twitter handle, etc)

So my question is: Are there customizable, pre-built templates along these lines or CLOSE to what I'm looking for that I can tweak, rather than building this entirely from scratch, which I don't have the time to do. I'm wanting to get something up on the Web soon.. then later, I will redesign it or whatever.

So the template must be able to support free memberships, premium memberships, user dashboards, paypal payments for subscriptions, ability for them to list information about their business, a search feature so the "everyday user" can search for a particular business by a zip code radius, etc...
