Hey gang,

I'm trying to reduce my inventory from 12k to 1k by this time next year. Since I don't have any help and am only able to commit 5-6 hours a week on this, I was wondering if any of you had suggestions on how I might be able to move a lot of domains quickly and efficiently. :?:

Thanks in advance.

You can approach domain brokers like Rick Latona or the people from NameDrive and Sedo and ask them to put the word out.

agree, I already expired or marked non-renew 40% of my domains. Many of the ones which did not earn their keep.

p.s. Odd how the majority I let drop were picked up by Buydomains, Snapnames and others even though they had basically no traffic or income after I had them online for a long time so knew that negativity for a fact.

This is a really weird business that anyone would routinely purchase a monetary LIABILITY and gladly pay for it again and again at a loss every year:?:

If your domains are with Moniker, submitted them in bulk to snapnames auction with a reasonable reserve price again and again until sold.

With Fabulous, you can set up your account so that Fabulous will give you about 40% of whatever a domain makes at Namejet if you let it expire and it is bought at Namejet. This could help if you end up letting a bunch of them expire.

Please PM me details as well, if you are selling based on PPC revenue multiples.

99% of the names I drop and had on domain sponsor's nameservers get caught or registered and then I get an email from DS saying the name is in another client's account now.

Please note Snapnames require minimum 90 days of registration left.
Since you don't plan to renew them, maybe you can try auctioning at Godaddy
with a low reserve.

Many domainers will buy and bid more in auctions of expired domains,
because they usually don't actively search for particular domains to buy
and make an offer in the aftermarket.

With expired domains, they actively search at SnapNames and others
to buy domains. In the heat of bidding, they may pay more than
what they usually spend.

So, expect lowball offers if you want to sell thousands of domains
quickly. However, you can use what you get from the sale to
invest in a small number of high grade domains. It'd bring you
a lot more later.

All the best,
D
