Hello everyone
i've got domain name saludcoop.com
i bought it on snapnames and parked it with parked.com
but now, Saludcoop Entidad Promotira De Salud Organismo Cooperativo wants to take my domain away because of Columbian TM violation. They sent complaint to WIPO without talks with me.
In this case I need an advice and have some questions:
1.Where can i find competent lawyer ?
2.What will be the price for his work ?
3.All the documets they represented are in English . But i'm Non-English speaker. Can I require documents translation to my native language from the complainant ?
4.If TM was registered later than domain name , does it change something ?
6.In your opinion, does it worth it ?
7.If you were me , what would you do ?
ps.
Don't want to lose my domain. They didn't renew it and I bought it in auction.
Also I don't understand how can people who received 1500$ (wipo and their judges) from complainant make the decision about taking away my domain or not. It looks like a bribe. I thought that such decisions should make third-party people, I mean the people who don't take money.
