Sounds like a liability to me, they have a registered trademark and its not like the domain has any value outside of that tm.

Just a thought, you may want to donate the name to the trademark holder in good faith in exchange for one of their weekend get-away packages, if they are inclined, that value would put you way ahead of the game! Best of luck!!

Man you are asking for trouble. These guys will not be happy if you try to sell this name or for that matter even OFFER it for a weekend room. Truct me I've dealt with BS from hotel chains and I wasn't even doing anything in bad faith.

This domain is nothing but trouble...there was no reason to reg this, as there is really no other application aside from the the ritz. I think you will find them having a hardtime believing you regged it to protect there interest so you could give it to them as a present.

Drop the name and take the 10$ loss. : )

imho

Or as some folks here do...use the name for the traffic til they harass ya and then drop it or just give it to them free and clear. I'm not that brave...or rich to deal with the potential probs.

In that case Jamal, why don't you give it to them before they send their legal eagles after you? I recall reading somewhere how a person simply changed the registrant/admin etc details in the whois of a TM name they had and washed their hands of it.
