My Moniker account is changed, and I have informed SnapNames about this, before winning the auction..
But the domain name was sent to the account no., I don't own now, I have given ownership a domain name buyer while facing problem in transferring the domain name.
So I have a new Moniker account no. I have given this account no. to SnapNames, to keep in record and all the future domain names should be transferred to my new account no.
Yet, my domain name is sent to old account no...
I contacted many times, they are replying like a machine, they are saying that your domain name is sent to 999999, and they closed the case.
I tried 3 times, I don't know what to do now..
I see, domain name is still with Moniker with Privacy....
If we make too late then the moniker account holder of that domain name may transfer to other registrar, when we don't have any control...
I want Moniker to take action very soon...
