Need help on how to deposit and withdraw money

Hi There

I am completely beginner and want to learn and do Domain Flipping. I am from Pakistan and PayPal in not working in my country. The problem is that if I would like to buy or sell a domain where should I deposit money or where should I withdraw money from. Plz I need help from anyone who can guide me rightly and, of course, I need a genuine and 100 % working solution to this dilemma.
