Is there a way i can find out all the domains registered to a specific email adress? Is there a way to find our past owners of domain names

the answer to your question is NO...pretty much no. There is in fact a way to do what you ask but it is outrageously expensive. It is Dialog's OpenAccess site. Every domain that matches your search criteria costs $4 dollars!!! So if you have the email address [email protected] and you wanna find all the names registered to that address, it could cost you $100 just for a single search if he has 25 domains registered to him.
