The domains you reg'd were probably not available but GoDaddy let you try and reg them anyways.

You'll just get refunded on your Credicard.

Had it happen before with domains godaddy says are available and then come to find out they are not...about you forgetting your password...no help here.

Give them a call. They may not be able to help you get the domains but they should be able to explain what happened.

I've found their customer service via the phone to be pretty reliable.

Yes, It happened to me too, more than once, specially when you take quite some time between checking the availability and actually registering the names. But they did refund my money accordingly. Problem is that they do not have a toll free phone number...

If these are your first domains at godaddy then it is possible that they have not liked something about your payment details (credit card or something). The bad thing if this is the case is that they does not send email about the problem and they just block your account.

It's happened to me too. And a couple of times, I've registered a name which didn't show up in my account - I get nervous in case it didn't go through, and I register it a second time just to be safe... then I have to email them to have them refund one of the transactions.
