I do all the talking

end result

matter to be settle

due to terms

I can't say boo about it

but they have to pay me

so that's one of the 3 matters I had for a domain name lawyer

I settled it myself

my biz lawyer just does the proffer the other side agreed to

now the other 2 matters

one is probably too old

the other one

well my biz lawyer is contacting the other side now

neu has a conflict

but that conflict is probably resolved

now goldenberger is so far making the most intelligent noise on everything

so far the three I reached

goldenberger seems aggressive I like that
neu has a conflict that may be resolved, so never spoke to just emails
sturgeon seemed really good too, I liked his manner, very professional

but thanks for suggestions

my normal biz lawyer is doing a proposed settlement offer tomorrow

so if he can't tie it up

then I got to get a domain litigation maven

I may just put all these domain lawyer gurus on detainer

so when I have a matter no one can hire them

defensive litigation is done that way

you tie up the top experts so no one can use them against you

some public corps have 100+ top firms on detainer just so john doe's can't sue them with them
