Hey, guys, some deranged internet user (or users) are using a contact form on one of our websites to send us strange messages. Every day we get stuff from them. Most of the time it looks like 'as3ffadvac'. A few days ago, i blocked the IP the messages were originating from and now, after 2 days of silence, we get another message from them 'i see you'. I have the ip and i did a trace, which points to:

219.234.32.254

They enter '[email protected]' as their email (possibly faked).

the IP belongs to:

inetnum: 219.234.32.0 - 219.234.47.255

possible he / they using proxy.

Can't stop he / them.

I suggest make it harder to submit your form, using graphic code.

I've been getting some email with some very wierd addresses as well for about the last 3 weeks or so. Mine are mostly about credit and merchant accounts, but definitely spam and definitely wierd. Sender fields with things like "zFBp5klxw2" or "rd3gXMd978B". I hate this crap!

I never traced the IP, just ignored or deleted them. I sure hope no one is harvesting Emails from DNF for spam purposes!
