Also, I'd appreciate anyone else's help on this.

I'm trying to transfer a domain out of netsol to someone else and my whois email in netsol is correct BUT my email in the general whois is no.valid.email(at)netsol.com. I've tried to resolve this with netsol over the phone with no success.

Any ideas!

it may just be a problem with the "whois service" you view and not a problem at netsol.


if you are not receiving the transfer authorization email, then that is a problem

were you receiving any previous emails from netsol for that domain, like renewal/expiration updates?

I have been trying to fix this for 10 days now. I talked on the phone, send emails etc...

I transferred the domain to the buyer's netsol account.
