Can anyone recommend a good web site submission program. Preferably free, and something that I can Start up and let it blast away. Any ideas?

For indiscriminate blasting I like WorldPromoter.com , but you will need a throw-away email address. You will want to confirm your submissions, but be prepared to be deluged in spam after that.
