Can anybody recommend a great domain name lawyer? A family I know failed to buy the domain for the name of their business. Basically somebody else bought the domain and is using it as a "fan.info page" type site FOR their business, directly profiting from typo traffic and traffic from users who think they are the official site.

It should be a pretty cut and dry case with the proper cease and disist letter and they have asked me to recommend a lawyer that can help them.

If anybody here is a lawyer, please contact me and I will put you in touch with them!

Thanks!

I have used Zak Muscovitch dnattorney.com fro Canada stuff and John Berryhill for USA issues.

Never lost a case yet, so I love them both.

Highly recommend them both.

There is Brett Lewis, and Renova (Paul Keating ?) from Spain seem to be pretty good judging by the UDRPs they have been involved in.
I have not dealt with either though.
Please clarify, is that a US lawyer you need ?

Paul Keating
Prepare BIG BUDGET - $15K for simple case and up
Unless the domain is very valuable, does not make sense.
