Do .net's have any value when it comes to medical terms?

The most important part of a domain name is always what comes BEFORE the dot (at least among gTLDs).

Surely not as valuable as .com, but especially if these are requested terms and some search engine optimization is done, you can be quite happy with it.

Don't even think about it ... one day, every .net registrant will get a cease-and-desist letter from their attorney, asking us to surrender our domain names. :D
