It's been ages i havent really done any serious business with Netsol.
Do they do account pushes or do I need to transfer out to get a domain that someone has there?

Thanks.

would really appreciate some pointers, as netsol isnt answering emails.

Thanks

Yup, they do free pushes. However, they'll send an authorization email to the
"primary contact" of the domain requesting approval.

Just did this last week for a friend who hardly knew how these things work.

thanks for the info!
I figured it out.
I just hope once it is in my netsol account, I can transfer it out without trouble.

Last I checked they have no restrictions whatsoever except if the domain's
locked, admin email isn't good, and/or if the domain's using their privacy.

They're even gracious enough to let expired names out! (though I'm sure it's
on a case to case basis...)

It is possible to pull the domain name, which is similar to the transfer process, but it is free, takes less than 5 minutes after approval.
