Hello Everyone,

As released "The new 2257 regulations will go into effect on June 23rd, 2005"

Anyone has any information regarding what changes will it require us to do ?

The original law is 20+ pages

They might but i am not the US citizen.

However since my websites are hosted in the US i am concerned about 2257 and i will contact xxxlaw.net

I believe the core of the new law is that there should be proof of all models depicted in images/videos etc that they are 18 and older. It used to be that only the producer of such content must keep track of proof of age; now it's the content provider as well.

As far as i know yes but now you should "proove" 18 y o requirement even if you are using third party content like promotion materials etc and its almost impossible.
