New Adsense Ad Type? Offer included in Ad.

Saw this while doing a google search for network solutions.

It's basically a normal adsense ad with an offer from the advertiser listed in the ad. Anyone one else seen this?

New to me.

I can replicate the search results when I search for "Network Solutions".
This is the first time I have seen it, but maybe it's Google's way to compete with Groupon.
It's a great idea, and nicely executed...
