The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. It was another strong week with a pair of 7-figure sales (one of those ranks as the second highest reported sale of the year) and three more in six figures. There was so much action we had to double the length of all three of our sales charts (All Extension, Global Contenders and Country Codes) from 20 to 40 positions each this week. .Mobi dominated the Global Contenders list, taking the top three spots and seven of the first ten. Among the country codes, Great Britain's .co.uk reigned supreme again this week, taking the top two spots and four of the top five. You can get all of the details here: http://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm

Thank you for the report.
I noticed a typo in the #36 of The DN Journal Top 40. The correct spelling of the domain name is agenceimmobiliere.com (real estate agency in french).

A great read again - is it possible to make a printable format of this report for easy printing? I usually cut and paste the whole thing out into sections into MS Word and print it out to read in detail.

Thank you for the report.
I noticed that domain with long words has sold for 5 figures. It's amazing.

Agreed, the domain industry is so diverse it's difficult to tell what is going to sell and for how much. This truly is more of art than a science to be in this business.

With just a casual glance, some of those prices seem low to me - anyone else agree? I don't want to state an example, but just overall - lowish.

I felt that when I saw Relative.com for 20K - I would pay considerably more for that domain name.

one interesting note: Jwy.com for 5900 and Qsw.com for 6100
Recently, Qxz dot com sold for 6000 here at DNF. The auctions keeping behind DNF sales?

The LLL ones with a y in them are averaging at 6K, I sold one for just above 6k at the time I thought may be I got a raw deal, but now it seems ok to me :)
