A new UDRP process was proposed that could turn the odds dramatically against domainr owners. Not sure if this hasnt been discussed here before but this proposal to WIPO looks very scary: 3 day UDRPs, no need of reaction by respondents etc. Could this lead to a Reverse Hijack bonanza?
